How our process works:


Step 1 - Resume Evaluation

Submit your information. Our certified professional resume writers will review your current resume and provide a customized written evaluation with no obligation. You can use the suggestions and self-facilitate your changes to your resume. Or if you decide you'd be more comfortable with our certified writer developing a powerful resume and a targeted cover letter package, you are invited to request a quote on your project and we'll do the work for you.


Step 2 - Development Process

We begin to gather your information with a 10-15 minute online communication profile. This information allows us to determine your interpersonal skills which helps our certified writers to develop your documents in your voice. A chronological history form is also provided to gather your employment history. We then ask a few interview style questions, specific to your industry and job title, to develop talking points and accomplishment statements for your resume. JaneCo will help create the confidence your deserve.


Step 3 - Review & Approve

We provide you the opportunity to examine the content, quality and design of your documents. We discuss with you the significance of your communication profile and what it tells us about your behavior, others' perception of you and how you perceive yourself. We also help you understand how the information is useful for your interview process. Your final documents will be laser printed on watermarked, 100% cotton, professional resume paper, presented in a professional resume folder. You will also receive a copies of your documents on a hard disk in MS Word, PDF, and ASCII format to help in your online job search process.
